The Application Developer contributes to the planning, design, creation, amendment, verification, testing and documentation of new and amended software, web, and multimedia applications to support business outcomes, improve efficiency and processes, and adhere to specified standards and procedures.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
- Prepare specialised, well-structured code that complies with specifications and standards to enable timely application development
- Contribute technical expertise to requirements analysis to enhance solution design for new or existing applications
- Complete testing and gather feedback to improve quality and reduce operational risk; document deployment risks and identify mitigation strategies
- Undertake post-release activities to build knowledge for future build and release cycles in compliance with release and change management processes
Our ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to effectively work in a high-volume environment. Full-stack development expertise and exposure to DevOps will be highly regarded. A background combining or React with GoLang, Java or will be highly valued.
Working with Children Clearance is required prior to commencement (not required at the application stage).
