This is a rare opportunity for an experienced technology leader to drive meaningful change, shape critical platforms, and influence enterprise wide outcomes in a high impact environment with evolving priorities.

About the Role:

As CTO, you will:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of technology delivery, performance, and operational excellence across a major enterprise function.
  • Lead a cross-functional technology team across engineering, delivery, and operations
  • Drive strategic platform uplift initiatives, modernisation programs, and risk and compliance alignment.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, product, digital, and enterprise services to enable business outcomes.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Deliver secure, adaptable, and high-performing technology platforms that support ongoing change and scale.
  • Lead both change and run functions with a focus on efficiency, resilience, and service quality.
  • Ensure strong alignment with enterprise risk, compliance, and regulatory expectations.
  • Foster a high-performing, engaged workforce with clear leadership, structure, and development pathways.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure external partners align with long-term strategic technology goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven success in executive technology leadership roles within complex, highly regulated environments.
  • Deep experience in platform ownership, digital enablement, and enterprise delivery models.
  • Strong background in leading large, multidisciplinary teams and complex transformation programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence across senior stakeholder groups, including at board level.
  • Experience in core customer lifecycle platforms
  • Background in financial services
