Role Purpose

Mejuri is heading into its busiest season and is seeking seasonal support for a three-month period from October 20, 2025 to January 23, 2026. As a stylist, you are the first point of contact for customers and create a warm, inviting experience that feels like shopping with a friend. You stay up-to-date on fashion trends, educate customers about our products and services, and embody Mejuri's brand vision and values with customers and team members.

Availability

Please note you must be available to work all of the dates listed below. You must also have open availability Friday through Sunday and be available for at least one weekday or weeknight.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service through personalized styling experiences and strong product knowledge
  • Drive sales and meet performance metrics (sales per hour, conversion, revenue to target)
  • Educate customers on Mejuri's brand story and stay informed on products, launches, and services
  • Collaborate with a motivated, team-focused group aligned with our mission
  • Champion Mejuri's core values daily
  • Assist in accurate, efficient transactions and omni-channel services (purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, online returns/purchases)
  • Maintain store appearance and inventory through visual displays and monthly counts
  • Identify opportunities to improve store operations and contribute solutions
What You'll Bring
  • Ability to connect authentically with customers and make them feel welcome
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and teamwork
  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to style customers effectively
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving to meet customer and business needs
  • Ability to meet and exceed KPIs (SPH, conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT)
  • Attention to customer feedback and trends, with insights for management
  • High attention to detail, organized work style, and initiative
  • Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
  • History of contributing to a positive team environment
