Since opening our first boutique in Chapel St, Melbourne. CALIBRE has grown it's boutique presence across the country, and is available to shop in Australia's premier shopping precincts.

To this day, CALIBRE remains a family-owned business and operates out of Melbourne, where craft and culture is cultivated with a focus on purely in-house designed product. Creating unique pieces for unique individuals.

About the Role

CALIBRE is looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Sale Stylists to join our team.

At CALIBRE your day is all about connection, confidence, and delivering service that goes beyond expectation. You'll be immersed in our world of premium menswear - styling with intent and building lasting relationships.

While this is a seasonal casual role, there is potential for ongoing opportunities beyond the Christmas period for the right candidate.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver an exceptional level of service, creating an elevated and personalized experience for every client.
  • Drive sales with energy and confidence, showcasing CALIBRE's exclusive collections with expertise and style.
  • Foster a dynamic, client-focused environment on the shop floor , one that reflects the energy and ethos of the brand.
  • Uphold operational standards and presentation excellence as a true ambassador of CALIBRE.

Roles are available at our Bondi Junction and CBD stores.

About You

You're approachable, motivated, and ready to take on the energy of the Christmas period with a customer-first mindset. You enjoy working in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

We're looking for people who:

  • Have experience in high-end retail
  • Are available across the Christmas and Boxing Day trade period, including weekends and public holidays
  • Are confident working to KPIs and sales targets
  • Have a natural eye for style and love helping others look and feel their best
  • Are open to feedback and keen to develop their retail skills
  • Have impeccable presentation, embodying the luxury aesthetic of CALIBRE.
