About us

BDS Mechanical Repairs is a privately owned, growing business that offers mechanical, auto electrical and welding repairs both in house and onsite with 22 fixed workshop locations throughout Australia. The team at BDS Mechanical has mobile mechanics and technicians covering over 800,000 km² of Queensland and parts of Western Australia – meaning we're never too far away.

The Job
  • Provide support and advice to branch managers in the WA region
  • Develop, maintain and improve current business systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Assist with human resource management and advice across various locations
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies
  • Improving business operations with the focus of opening new branches
  • Assisting workshops with their day to day management and safety practices
Required skills and Experience
  • Strong demonstrated ability to be a dynamic, proactive leader
  • Strong knowledge of the mining and resource sector
  • Ability to influence and engage with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Availability to travel between sites
  • Sound time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask
