About the Role

As an Engagement Specialist, you'll be the face of Possability—connecting with clients, families, and community partners to ensure a seamless journey into our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and broader service offerings. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver engaging experiences that reflect our values:Inspired, Courageous, Skilful, Responsive.

What You'll Do

  • Drive client engagement and onboarding strategies
  • Represent Possability at forums, expos, and sector events
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver inclusive campaigns
  • Use data and feedback to enhance service design and client experience
  • Foster strong internal and external partnerships

What You Bring

  • Degree in Community Development, Communications, Business, Social Work or related field (desirable)
  • 3–5+ years' experience in engagement, partnerships, or community relations (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of NDIS and SIL
  • Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for inclusive practice

  • Full Drivers Licence
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain)
