In This Role, You Will- assist with a range of compliance activities and enforcement investigations across the Division
- undertake document review and analysis in Nuix Discover
- identify vital information relevant to the investigation, as outlined by the investigation team
- assist in the planning and delivery of compliance activities and projects
- undertake research, including both industry and legal research, and present it in a clear, concise and articulate manner
- provide administrative support and assist with the coordination of more complex matters and projects
- prepare draft correspondence and reports.
In order to succeed in the role, you will have:
- familiarity with assisting in technology assisted document review processes, or ability to quickly pick up and understand technology assisted review
- exposure to, or ability to quickly obtain working knowledge of, legal technology or litigation review platforms such as Nuix (Ringtail) or Relativity (or similar) is strongly preferred
- competence in the use of technology, databases and Microsoft Office software
- strong critical thinking skills and high attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams.

Salary: APS3 $72,348 - $78,092 (plus 15.4% superannuation)
