If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Our medium-sized family-owned landscaping company is seeking a talented and motivated Business Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and thrive.

As the Business Manager at Akers of Lawn, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our office administration, landscaping team, quoting, IT processes, and shop operations. You'll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

This position will join the newly created senior leadership team with the current priority of reinventing the business and elevating it to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
  2. Financial Oversight and Budgeting
  3. Human Resources and Team Management
  4. Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the landscaping or service industry.
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions (HR, Finance, WHS).
  • Strong business acumen and financial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (Highly Regarded).
  • Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment (Highly Regarded).
