The Client Services role is an entry-level position designed for someone seeking to start a career in film and advertising. Based in our Alexandria office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office while providing exceptional client service. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in the creative industry.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and Production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs efficiently, managing day-to-day client services, and supporting administrative functions. Flexibility with working hours and a current driver's license are preferred.

This is first-and-foremost a hospitality-focused role and would best suit someone with café or restaurant experience.

Client Services Primary Duties

  1. Open the office daily, ensuring all common areas and suites are clean, organised, and inviting.
  2. Greet and welcome clients, directors, and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and well looked after.
  3. Collaborate with the Production team and Artists to manage client visits, ensuring a seamless experience.
  4. Prepare and serve simple food and beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, light snacks).
  5. Coordinate and set up lunch catering as required.
  6. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  7. Conduct regular stock checks and order office supplies (e.g., kitchen, bathroom, stationery).
  8. Prepare and organise paperwork, receipts, and documentation for the accounts department.
  9. Assist the Operations Manager and Production team with additional tasks and projects as required.

Client Services Social Media and Marketing Duties

  1. Assist in managing ARC's social media presence by scheduling posts, drafting copy, and coordinating media in collaboration with the Junior Assistant Editor and Production team.
  2. Support the management of award entries, including maintaining a calendar of submission deadlines, preparing entry documents, and liaising with Executive Producers to gather required materials.

  2. Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact and build rapport with clients, directors, and team members.
  3. Social media and computer proficiency.
  4. A keen interest in film, literature, art, and design.
  5. Ability to remain calm and constructive under pressure.
  6. Proactive, diligent, and methodical approach to tasks.
