The Role
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, owning the TV Planning & Buying function. You will work collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed – using good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu. Your responsibilities will include project managing clients' communications plans including timelines and budget, reviewing plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working, and effectively leading and motivating internal team to produce best in class work.

Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, owning the TV Planning & Buying function
* Working collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed – using good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu
* Project managing clients' communications plans including timelines and budget
* Reviewing plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working
* Effectively leading and motivating internal team to produce best in class work

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need strong working experience with Spectra and a working skillset with TV Map, VOZ (or eTam) and understanding of agency financial management processes. You should also have strong experience in TV Buying and Planning, polished presentation and client servicing style, demonstrated success in improving and contributing to strong process management with Planning & Buying, and a genuine love of being part of a high-performing team and building relationships with all stakeholders internal and external.
