We are looking to hire an experienced Office/Account Manager for a prominent manufacturing company in Canning Vale.

The position involves overseeing daily operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, handling debtors and creditors, payroll, and general office/admin processes.

Candidates with experience in Xero accounting software, the manufacturing industry, and prior handling of invoicing large retail clients like Coles and Metcash would be highly favourable.

The role offers flexibility (within school hours) for the right person, and we would consider a desirable payment arrangement for a quality candidate.

Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in retail account management. A great personality and team-oriented attitude would be advantageous in our supportive office environment.
