Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to warehouse staff in the day-to-day operations
  • Ensure all orders are picked, checked, and loaded accurately
  • Responsible for loading company vehicles as per requirements
  • Ensure staff understand and comply with policies, including OH&S and HACCP
  • Prioritize housekeeping to maintain the warehouse condition
  • Assist management with stock control and purchasing objectives
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and administrative tasks
Key Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strong team relationships
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Forklift license is essential
  • Understanding of warehouse and distribution functions
  • Good product knowledge
  • Knowledge of OH&S and HACCP
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable, flexible, and willing to work extra hours if required
