Overview

Joining our Joondalup team you will experience friendly and passionate support from the team and regular clinical supervision to help you thrive as a PBS practitioner. We offer extensive opportunities to extend your technical knowledge about restrictive practice, increase your plan writing skills and learn about proactive and reactive strategies to increase quality of life for NDIS participants.

Day to day
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centers, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with participants and witness the lasting impact of your work

About You

We're after qualified PBS Clinicians who strive for improvement, are passionate about participant care, and treat participant goals as mission-driven. You should be willing to challenge ideas when participant interests are at stake. If this sounds like you, we might be right for each other.

  • PBS registration
  • Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal for this space
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Minimum of 4+ years of Behaviour Support experience
