The Role :

We are seeking experienced Casual Retail Security Officers who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. This position is to commence ASAP and is based at Erina Fair Shopping Centre.

You will be responsible for providing security services at Erina Fair Shopping Centre, supporting all the establishment's tenants, guests, and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding promptly to client requests, ensuring safety and security for the site, managing emergency situations, and demonstrating proactive security awareness.

Role Requirements :

To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must demonstrate the following skills, experience, and certifications:

  • Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
  • Apply First Aid Certificate
  • Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to take ownership of service delivery under your control
  • Ability to complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed, and professional appearance
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
  • Availability across 7 days and nights
