Overview

Assetlink is hiring for a Part Time Security Team Member at Rouse Hill Town Centre Shopping Centre, Rouse Hill, NSW, Australia. The role is to commence ASAP and is based at the Rouse Hill Town Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Provide security service at Rouse Hill Town Centre, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors.
  • Develop familiarity with key tenants and relationships; manage access; respond in a timely manner to client requests.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the site; manage emergency situations; demonstrate proactive security awareness.
Work Hours

Tuesday to Thursday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

Role Requirements
  • Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
  • Apply First Aid Certificate
  • Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control
  • The ability to complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
  • Availability across 7 days/nights
