Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with gradual ramp-up from studies to practice
  • Complete an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training, including introduction to Concentric and NDIS Allied Health Space
  • Provide occupational therapy services in clinic and community locations (Westminster, Maddington, Midland, Spearwood)
  • Engage in weekly supervision with a dedicated supervisor
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Attend quarterly alignment days focused on learning and team culture
  • Utilize flexible work arrangements including flexi-time and work-from-home options
About You

The company is looking for candidates who have:

  • Completed a Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration or eligibility upon graduation
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
