Join Our Team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor

At TFE Hotels, we believe dining is an adventure, and we're seeking a passionate Food & Beverage superstar to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar services at Quincy Hotel Melbourne.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of service and quality.
  2. Managing and motivating front-of-house staff, including during events such as weddings and parties.
  3. Maintaining efficient kitchen, minibar, and bar operations.
  4. Implementing sustainable practices like minimizing food waste and sourcing locally.
  5. Fostering a positive environment that encourages team development and job satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to oversee multiple operational aspects simultaneously.
