This is a full-time leadership position within our in-house Marketing Department. You\'ll work closely with the Senior Management Team to develop and execute creative strategies that drive brand visibility, support agent marketing, and reinforce Boffo's position as a standout in the real estate industry.

You\'ll take ownership of brand consistency, campaign planning, digital content and marketing support across the business while mentoring and collaborating with our wider team.

• Planning and executing creative, brand-aligned campaigns across digital and print
• Managing and growing Boffo's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Creating and scheduling social content for our sales agents and company profiles
• Overseeing brand consistency across all assets, from signage to digital ads
• Working closely with agents to support listing campaigns and personal branding
• Writing, editing and proofreading marketing content with flair and clarity
• Planning and directing photo and video content from inspections, auctions and events
• Managing website updates and maintaining up-to-date listings and news content
• Creating marketing materials including brochures, flyers, reports and digital media
• Liaising with suppliers, designers, photographers and external marketing partners
• Driving innovation by proposing and testing new strategies, platforms or tools

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design
• Previous experience in a similar marketing or brand role (real estate a bonus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects)
• A strong portfolio showcasing content creation across digital and print
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM)
• Videography and editing skills (highly desirable)
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and design
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
