WorkPac is seeking an experienced HSE Safety Supervisor to promote health and safety compliance in southern Adelaide.
- Pay rate: $55.00 per hour + penalties
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Location: Southern suburbs
About Our Client
Our client is a South Australian-based construction and civil company with numerous ongoing projects in metropolitan Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support, facilitate incident investigations, and conduct risk assessments.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to proactively manage health and safety risks.
- Implement the annual H&S plan and support safety maturity initiatives.
- Deliver H&S training, coaching, and fundamental initiatives.
- Provide trusted advice aligned with the Rio Tinto HSEC Management System.
- Coordinate site-based health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant health and safety qualification or extensive experience in a similar role.
- Experience with incident investigations and risk assessments is highly regarded but not essential.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Health and Safety or a relevant field.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Strong influencing and engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Class C Manual Drivers Licence.
