Recruit a Security Safety Officer to implement security protocols and maintain hotel facilities.

About the Role:

  • Ensure visitor and contractor permits are in order and loss prevention is prioritized.
  • Report any issues or damages to relevant departments to guarantee defect-free facilities.
  • Conduct regular security rounds and building inspections to meet Capella Standards.
  • Handle Fire and Life Safety complaints, resolve disputes, and manage grievances.
  • Monitor CCTV and report incidents accurately.
  • Operate within legal boundaries and conform to established regulations.

Talent Profile:

  • General Education Certification/Diploma required
  • Preferred 1AE security license and minimum 3 years of security experience
  • First Aid certified training and CPR/AED certification essential
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and effective communication skills
  • Valid working rights in Australia mandatory
