Job Title: IT Application Developer

We are seeking experienced IT Application Developers to join our Frontline Business Improvement (FBI) Automation team.

As an IT Application Developer, you will develop and deliver contemporary solutions that automate business processes and advance our augmented workforce. You'll lead projects and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that improve the client and staff experience. You'll also identify, influence, and implement enhancements that support continuous improvement, while training, coaching, and mentoring other staff to build capability across the team. You will actively promote and support change initiatives across the organisation in relation to the tax and superannuation system.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in various locations including Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Burnie, Dandenong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Penrith, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt, or Wollongong. A merit pool may be formed and used to fill future similar vacancies in these locations and other locations within the same metropolitan area.
