Product Owner - Strategic Projects at TechnologyOne

Are you an experienced product leader ready to drive strategic initiatives that deliver real impact? We are looking for a Product Owner - Strategic Projects to provide product leadership and direction across high-priority R&D initiatives. This role is key to ensuring strategic outcomes are achieved and that innovative ideas are transformed into valuable solutions for our customers.

What you'll be doing
  • Champion the product vision and strategy across multiple strategic projects.
  • Provide product leadership and ownership across R&D initiatives to drive value delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Translate innovative ideas into customer-focused solutions that align with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to shape product direction and influence decision-making.
  • Ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and contribute to long-term strategic goals.
  • Actively participate in showcases and reviews to communicate progress and outcomes.
Qualifications and experience
  • Proven experience in product ownership or product management, ideally across strategic or complex initiatives.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and changing requirements.
  • Strong ability to define, communicate, and deliver on product vision and strategy.
  • Skilled at working across multiple teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to own and drive outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Previous TechnologyOne experience would be highly beneficial, enabling you to hit the ground running.
