Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager

You'll own the entire marketing function — from Meta to SEM, from content to email — with real budget, real freedom, and direct access to the CEO. This is your chance to lead strategy and execution in a brand that already has scale and a passionate customer base.

No layers of approval. No disconnected departments. You'll shape the roadmap and see the direct impact of your work on revenue, customer growth, and market share.

Responsibilities
  • Full ownership: lead all of marketing — strategy, execution, and budget across Meta, Google, content, email, and more.
  • Own the full funnel: oversee affiliate & influencer strategy (with support), campaign and content calendar, and team leadership (internal & external).
  • Drive revenue and growth for a high-traffic e-commerce brand.
  • Build a lean, capable marketing team with creative control and leadership backing; bring in fresh thinking, modern tools, and audience-centric marketing.
  • Shape the roadmap with measurable impact on revenue, customer growth, and market share.
What you bring to the table
  • Track record driving customer acquisition and retention in an e-commerce environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads & Klaviyo — full ownership of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Exceptionally proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven — you take ownership and deliver high-quality work without micromanagement.

$130k - $175k (Base + Bonus + Super)
