An exciting opportunity exists for a Pharmacy Technician with a strong interest in and commitment to hospital pharmacy to join the Ryde Hospital Pharmacy team. Ryde Hospital Pharmacy is a very supportive place to work where you can grow your hospital career.

Remuneration: $1264.06 - $1350.32 per week

Where you'll be working

Ryde Hospital Pharmacy Department

What You'll Be Doing

To provide technical support to the Pharmacy Department in all areas of pharmacy practice, including dispensing, clinical, purchasing, inventory management and distribution activities.
  • Completion of a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospital Pharmacy Assistance or relevant qualifications deemed equivalent by the Health Administration Corporation.
  • Sound understanding of dispensing, inventory, purchasing and store functions
  • Demonstrated computer skills across a variety of applications and pharmacy related systems

This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases. The full list of requirements are outlined in the NSW Health OASV Policy .
