You will enjoy- Dedicated training and development programs to set you up for success - 12 week 'Stepping Stones' to immerse you in product knowledge and leadership
- Additional mentorship available for those that want to progress further in retail leadership
- An attractive salary ($70-80,000 OTE) + Super with monthly and annual incentives for sales performance achievements

- Be personable and approachable in a strong sales environment, and maintain a positive, productive outlook on team performance, management and development
- Create a premium experience and connect with customers to discover their own story; showcasing extensive product knowledge
- Proven ability to deliver results in a driven and/or highly measured environment with an understanding of KPIs and budgets, and a willingness to coach and develop team members in this area
- Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
- A customer-centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a highly dynamic environment
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in building clientele and brand awareness, capturing every opportunity to create new business for the store
- Complement our premium brand through impeccable personal, store and team presentation
