Role Overview Risk Services Executive – Be the Voice of Capricorn Risk. This role supports our members and drives business growth by handling renewals, delivering exceptional service, building trusted relationships, and guiding members through their protection needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full renewal process, including outbound calls, documentation, and protection reviews.
  • Provide accurate personal protection quotations and process changes to existing protections.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify member needs and match them with the right protection solutions.
  • Support complaint resolution and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Essential: Previous sales experience and ASIC RG 146 Tier 1 qualification.
  • Desirable: Insurance industry experience.
