About your new Role:

You will play a key leadership role in shaping and executing strategies that enhance Brighter Super's organisational capability, performance frameworks, and employee engagement. Partnering with senior leaders to embed our purpose, values, and business goals into every aspect of our people strategy.

  • Develop and lead a progressive organisational development strategy aligned with our long-term goals.
  • Oversee culture transformation initiatives, embedding values that drive engagement, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Design and implement capability frameworks to build leadership strength and enhance the employee experience.
  • Lead the delivery of a best-practice performance management framework focused on continuous improvement.
  • Drive succession planning and leadership development programs to future-proof our talent pipeline.
  • Champion employee engagement and values programs, making Brighter Super an employer of choice.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to lead impactful change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing Performance & Development team to deliver on strategic objectives.

About You:

Being a strong leader within organisational development your expertise is in driving cultural change, and the ability to align people strategies with business goals, while managing performance frameworks and stakeholders with emotional intelligence and integrity.

  • Extensive leadership experience in organisational development, performance management, or related fields.
  • A strong track record of leading cultural change and transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to align people strategies with business and workforce objectives.
  • Experience implementing performance and talent management frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and a passion for building thriving workplaces.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Organisational Development, or related discipline.
