You'll be part of driving game-changing improvements, solving mysteries through fault-finding, and ensuring every process sparkles with excellence across Operations, Planning, R&D, and more.

What Your Days Look Like
  • Be a Quality Champion: Lead daily production line checks, product releases, and investigations to ensure every bite is safe, delicious, and Arnott's-approved.
  • Inspire Greatness: Train and coach production teams to own quality.
  • Drive Epic Improvements:Review and continuously improve consumer complaints, elevate hygiene, and set the standard for production lines.
  • Shape the Future:Simplify and strengthen quality management systems, ace audits, and keep compliance effortless.
  • Own the Spotlight:Deliver high-impact quality projects, tackle corrective actions, and make changes that benefit the team.
The Ingredients for Success
  • A degree/diploma in Food Science, or related experience
  • Preferably 2-3 years of quality assurance experience in food, pharma, or similar industries
  • Connoisseur of quality systems, food safety, and audits with the ability to improve processes
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, SAP, and database skills to make data work for you
