Our Windows & Doors branch located in Maroochydore provides sales, fabrication and installation of aluminium windows and doors to the residential and commercial construction markets. We are looking for an experienced and focused Production Assistant to assist in the supply and demand of product to meet manufacturing and customer needs.

The Role
  • Assist with production planning, ordering, and scheduling
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Provide professional, courteous, and responsive customer service
  • Meet delivery timelines in line with agreed schedules

The Person
  • Friendly and professional phone manner
  • Reliable with the skills to build and maintain rapport quickly
  • Punctual and adaptable team player with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with V6 or Oracle systems (highly desirable)
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Quick learner and ability to keep up with fast-paced environment
  • Current driver's license and reliable transport
