The Role:

You will act as the key link between the project teams and internal FM/ Operations stakeholders: tracking project specific actions and driving to completion. This role is critical in ensuring that the operational needs and workplace experience considerations are effectively embedded into project design, delivery and handover

The Role:

Duties
  • Represent FM, Property Operations & Workplace Experience functions in construction, fit our and refurbishment projects
  • Influence and provide into design and operational readiness planning to ensure seamless transition into live environments
  • Ensure that workplace experience outcomes eg comfort, accessibility, use experience are aligned with business goals
  • Engage with stakeholders across Property, FM, Vendors, IT, Security and People & Culture teams to gather requirements and communicate updates

What you will bring:

You will have proven experience in Facilities/ Project Management, Property Operations or Workplace Experience roles in a corporate, commercial environment.

A strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance requirements and workplace principles is essential as is experience participating or supporting construction, refurbishment or fit-out projects

A proven ability to work cross-functionally and engage with a wide range of stakeholders coupled with strong project coordination and follow through skills is required
