About the role
This full-time Sales Manager Mortgage Broker role at Finance IQ in Perth, WA presents an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing customer relationships within the dynamic mortgage brokering industry.
What you'll be doing
Recruiting and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and targets to maximise their performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Analyse sales data and prepare regular reports to track team and individual performance
Provide coaching and support to assist the sales team in developing their skills and achieving their objectives
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive customer experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in sales management, preferably within the mortgage brokering or financial services industry
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth
Thorough knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as finance, business or marketing, would be highly regarded
