About Us:
At EVT Incentive Marketing, we are a growing and established full service incentive marketing agency working with Top Tier clients on their incredible incentive programs, incentive trips, conferences and events. Our purpose is to help businesses grow by motivating exceptional people with exceptional rewards & experiences.
We are looking for a wonderful new team member to support our marketing team in the delivery of our clients' incentive programs. This is a great first account service role to learn how to manage clients, run incentive programs and work within a cohesive and busy team.
Role Overview:
The perfect applicant would have 2 + years corporate experience (marketing not necessarily a must) who wants to take their experience and apply it in the Incentive Marketing space and continue to grow and learn.
We are looking for someone who is looking for a role that no day will be the same where you are supporting the marketing team in delivering the programs for clients through strong communications and creative ideas.
The ideal new team member will tick these boxes:
- 2 years experience in a corporate environment, does not necessarily need to be in marketing
- A great attitude- happy to learn and grow
- An openness & willingness to take on feedback
- Loves to write and get a clear message across
- Systems oriented
- Well organised is a must
- Be able to create and build communications and follow them
- Strong communications abilities
- Have the flair for creativity
- Must be able to work as part of a team and alone without supervision
- Ability to work within the allocated time frame
- Personable & presentable
- Strong at technology, systems and all the expected Microsoft tools.
The key responsibilities are supporting the marketing team in their programs and would also include:
- Following clear instructions and timelines
- Updating content on Websites and Apps to a deadline and accurately.
- Writing program communications to drive the success of Incentive programs - there is a large amount of writing.
- Client support and service – managing all requests to the timings required.
- Following comms plansand support implementing and reviewing whilst working closely with and briefing our inhouse designer/creative team
- Delivery of program content
- Researching trends within the industry
- Understanding the technology that we use for our programs and learn how to use them in the right way to drive engagement within each if the programs
- Internally coordinating the production of all program communications including working with our in-house designer to produce email communications, website content, App pushes & content.
- Managing all of these elements to the timeline and budget agreed with the client.

While the days are busy and we do expect a high level of performance, sometimes that means extra hours are required to get the work done especially in the Incentive travel and event space. EVT have in place our own Reward and Recognition programs EVT AllStars that is driven through peer 2 peer nominations. We believe in recognising great work
EVT has flexibility around work from home. We have an office in Barangaroo and the team works in a hybrid model of WFH and Office with 3 days in office per week and 2 days at home. As a new team member, there will be a time period spent in the office 5 days per week to be trained up and then transition to the Hybrid Model.
