About The Opportunity
Exciting Opportunity Join our dynamic Nursing & Midwifery Relieving Pool as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife, and embark on an incredible journey where you will:
- Support the WCHN Relieving Pool by diving into diverse clinical, adapting to exciting healthcare settings as needed.
- Deliver personalised patient-centred care, ensuring every individual receives the tailored nursing or midwifery support they deserve.
- Empower individual, families, and groups, through health education and promotion, making a real difference in improving long-term health outcomes.
- Applying evidence-based guidelines and your theoretical knowledge to foster positive and transformative care experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge and understanding of the role of the Registered General Nurse/Midwife within a healthcare setting.
- Ability to be, creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a healthcare setting.
