Responsibilities- Coordinate faculty marketing activities for the Faculty of Theology and Philosophy, and support the marketing of other university-wide programs.

The Faculty Marketing Coordinator works within Future Students and supports marketing and student recruitment across multiple ACU faculty programs. The successful candidate will dedicate 0.5 FTE (17.5 hours per week) to collaborating with the Faculty Professional Services Hub to support the Faculty of Theology and Philosophy in brand management, awareness, profile raising, marketing, promotion and student recruitment. The remaining 0.5 FTE (17.5 hours per week) will support new product or program marketing across other academic or business units, and will collaborate with Faculty Marketing Business Partners to provide operational marketing support as required.
The role requires a deep understanding of the Faculty supported and the related marketing activities and processes to provide high-quality and timely service. The coordinator will develop marketing and recruitment plans to define key markets, identify challenges and opportunities, and recommend activities that align with faculty priorities and enrolment targets.
Qualifications & Requirements- Strong understanding of academic marketing, brand management and student recruitment processes.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing and recruitment plans
- Collaborative approach with Faculty Professional Services Hub and Faculty Marketing Business Partners
- Ability to analyse markets, identify opportunities and tailor activities to enrolment targets

- Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) per annum, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (HEW 7) pro rata, plus superannuation and leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions for eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata, dependent on commencement date.
