Base pay range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr

Verve Partners are partnering with a highly regarded regional consultancy delivering complex, high-quality engineering solutions.

As a key member of the engineering team, you'll ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, exceeding client expectations. You'll directly support Directors and Engineering Managers, take the lead on significant projects, and learn from industry leaders.

You'll also work on major infrastructure projects across Australasia with Tier 1 contractors and asset owners, within a collaborative, high-performing, inclusive team.

In This Role, You Will

Develop and maintain client relationships
Lead projects from scoping to delivery
Manage quality, budget, and schedule targets
Provide expert input in HV earthing system analysis & reporting (power systems desirable)
Oversee HV earthing testing (soil resistivity, fall of potential, current injection)
Coordinate project teams to meet deadlines & standards
Mentor junior engineers (technical + commercial)
Contribute to business improvement & CPD (training budget + 4 CPD days/yr)

What You'll Bring

Proven HV earthing expertise—analysis & site testing
High proficiency in CDEGS (preferred)
HV power systems experience (PTW, ETAP) desirable
Australian-recognised Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
Right to work in Australia
Strong client relationship skills
Leadership skills and passion for mentoring
Professional development with training budget + 4 days/year
Professional fee payment
Overtime/TIL for site works
Supportive, high-performing team
