Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Execute all people-related processes efficiently and accurately within the People & Culture (P&C) team.
  • Deliver professional, responsive, customer-focused service, advice, and support to partners, managers, and employees.
  • Help shape the employee experience through practical, people-first solutions that strengthen culture and support team success.
  • Collaborate as part of an energetic and fun team.
About You

What you'll need:

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively as part of a team with a flexible approach to work.
  • Experience with an HRMS system such as Oracle is advantageous.
