AS A DESIGN LEADER, YOU WILL:

  • Be on the front line with our senior management team and be part of our ongoing pursuit for excellence in practice, team culture and education - customer experience and client focused design approach - contractor engagement and successful urban outcomes.
  • Engage with clients to understand their goals and translate their requirements into effective design outcomes which enhance their vision, passion for the project, and development process.
  • Be part of defining the project brief and pathway; and manage the design process from schematic design to completion.
  • Liaise with the project team - including client representatives, consultants, sales/leasing, marketing and construction teams to integrate design elements seamlessly through documentation and delivery.
  • Stay involved, proactively identifying design-related risks throughout the development process, and delivering effective approaches to achieving desired outcomes.

AS A PROJECT ARCHITECT, YOU WILL:

  • Oversee all project delivery aspects - from project inception to post-occupancy, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved through a successful built form, satisfied clients, users, contractors and project teams.
  • Be supported by senior management and operations to ensure you have the tools and resources to operate in an effective manner, which supports your style.
  • Engage directly with clients and key stakeholders to be part of their vision, and articulate their requirements through quality design and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead and manage project teams, delivery program and resourcing; be familiar with technical and certification standards; construction processes and procurement methods.
  • Take pride in delivering comprehensive and coordinated architectural documentation, nurturing your team and strengthening client, contractor and community relationships through successful project outcomes.

  • Technical knowledge of construction principles, detailing, materials, and methodologies.
  • Understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in leading a project and delivery team in Revit.
