On offer is a 6 month plus role based in our clients workshop in Mackay, QLD. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring inbound and outbound logistics are efficiently met

You will be rewarded with an immediate starting role, excellent hourly rate of $50.63 / hr + penalties and working 8-10 hour shifts Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities :

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery dockets, and invoicesAccurately record receipts, deliveries, returns, and adjustments in the ERP / inventory systemIdentify / report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to procurement and relevant stakeholdersLabel, code, and allocate goods to the correct storage areasPick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company and customer requirementsCreate and manage dispatch documentation including consignment notes, manifests, and freight labelsCoordinate with freight companies and couriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveriesEnsure goods are packed, loaded, and secured in compliance with safety, quality, and transport requirementsTrack outbound deliveries and communicate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders

Requirements :

Live locally in Mackay or have accommodation optionsMust have Forklift license (High Risk - LF)Proven experience in a related stores / dispatch rolesound understanding of inventory management systems, CoR and load handling related proceduresPrior experience with mining or manufacturing industry (desirable)
