Primary Tasks
  • Support and serve the Product Owner and Development Team to delight customers.
  • Provide support using a servant leadership style, embodying Scrum and Agile principles.
  • Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
  • Help the team optimize self-organization and fill gaps within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Assess and improve the Scrum maturity of the team and organization.
  • Remove impediments or facilitate their removal by appropriate personnel.
  • Create a trusting, safe environment for open problem-solving without blame.
  • Facilitate work progress without coercion or dictation.
  • Assist in discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Enhance communication, transparency, and information dissemination.
  • Support and educate the Product Owner in backlog management and refinement.
