Expert SAP Solution Manager Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client's strategic SAP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP consulting and be able to provide expert guidance on SAP Solution Manager strategy, including system configuration, customization, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust SAP Solution Manager landscapes ensuring scalability and alignment with future business goals.
  • Lead large-scale SAP Solution Manager projects from start to finish coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Stay current with the latest SAP Solution Manager trends and promote continuous improvement within the SAP Basis environment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP Solution Manager implementations updates and migrations.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with technology providers and partners for optimal resource use and access to top-tier solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants sharing knowledge and nurturing their professional growth.
  • Deliver high-quality SAP Solution Manager solutions by implementing stringent quality control measures.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • A degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field or 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Substantial experience as an SAP Basis Consultant focusing on SAP Solution Manager SAP ECC SAP HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP Solution Manager administration including monitoring performance tuning security management and backup/recovery.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP NetWeaver with a strong focus on Solution Manager and related technologies.
  • Proven proficiency in SAP HANA Administration and Database Management Systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex SAP Solution Manager projects that achieve client satisfaction and business value.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and an active NV1 AGSVA clearance.
