What We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team on a fixed-term basis until 31 December. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering accurate financial outcomes while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable function, including invoicing, receipting, reconciliations, and collections.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding debts and resolve account queries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review debtor reports and assist with month-end processes.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments.

About You

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
