Your new opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Manager Travel, you will be responsible for providing direction and motivation to your team, assisting with staff development through coaching and performance plans, and working with the Regional Manager to ensure smooth operations at the Travel Agency. Currently located at Mile End, please note the shop is scheduled to relocate to Port Road in mid-2026.

You will also manage your own portfolio of clients, leading by example with outstanding service and product knowledge, including:

  • Direct, motivate, and monitor team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Ensure team members meet sales targets and benchmarks
  • Solve escalated customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction
  • Create and manage travel bookings tailored to customer needs
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Additional responsibilities as detailed in the position description

About you

You are confident, passionate, self-motivated, and thrive in a high-performing culture. We are looking for:

  • Certificate in Travel Tourism or relevant qualification
  • Experience in travel consulting, both as a consultant and leader
  • A desire to motivate, inspire, and lead a team
  • Proven sales achievement in the travel industry
  • Knowledge of travel IT systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
