Job Description

Drive is Nine's brand in the automotive space. We are seeking a Digital Product Designer to help elevate our digital products. The role focuses on rapid prototyping, user research, data insights, and AI integration. You'll work under the Principal Product Designer in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Location: South Melbourne office

Responsibilities

• Translate ideas into interactive prototypes for testing and iteration
• Plan, conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research
• Utilize data analytics to inform design decisions and measure impact
• Explore AI integration into product workflows and user experiences
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design-to-development handover
• Support creation of ad-hoc design assets for marketing and content

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital product design, UI/UX; strong portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Figma; strong skills in Photoshop/Illustrator
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desirable

• Familiarity with user research platforms and analytics tools (Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Amplitude)
• Experience with rapid prototyping and data-driven design
• Interest in integrating AI into design workflows
