About The Role

This is a rare opportunity in the automotive industry to sell across both new and used vehicles, with the potential to expand even further into light trucks.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our Hampstead Gardens team. If you're passionate about sales and eager to take your career to the next level, this is your opportunity to work with well-known automotive brands in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Understand customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes
  • Gain and demonstrate in depth knowledge of our vehicles
  • Build long term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing personalised advice and support
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate vehicle listings on automotive retail websites
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

About You

  • Experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service
  • A solution focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • The ability to build rapport and understand customer needs
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
  • A customer-first attitude
  • A strong desire to build a loyal customer base
  • Must have a valid driver's licence

Previous car sales experience is desirable but not essential—for the right candidate, we'll provide full training and show you the Northeast way
