Your role within the team

The Junior Team Experience Assistant will provide vital hands-on support to the Experience Team and overall head office, helping to maintain a positive office environment and supporting employee experience initiatives. This entry-level role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and contributes to enhancing workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a well-stocked, organised and welcoming office space, including managing inventory of supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas are tidy and functional

  • Preparing and setting up new starter welcome kits, coordinating onboarding logistics, and assisting with first-day experience touchpoints

    • Assisting in the planning and execution of weekly team lunches, office events, social celebrations, and broader employee engagement activities

      • Supporting the rollout of workplace wellbeing initiatives, including mindfulness programs, fitness or nutrition-based activations, and other team experience offerings

        • Acting as an onsite point of contact to support team members, visitors, and external guests, especially when Experience Team colleagues are working remotely or offsite

          • Helping to collect feedback, brainstorm creative ideas to elevate the day-to-day employee experience, and implement improvements in collaboration with the wider Experience Team

            • Performing general administrative tasks such as calendar bookings, room set-ups, light errands, document preparation, or event coordination support as needed
