Your role within the team
The Junior Team Experience Assistant will provide vital hands-on support to the Experience Team and overall head office, helping to maintain a positive office environment and supporting employee experience initiatives. This entry-level role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and contributes to enhancing workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining a well-stocked, organised and welcoming office space, including managing inventory of supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas are tidy and functional
Preparing and setting up new starter welcome kits, coordinating onboarding logistics, and assisting with first-day experience touchpoints
Assisting in the planning and execution of weekly team lunches, office events, social celebrations, and broader employee engagement activities
Supporting the rollout of workplace wellbeing initiatives, including mindfulness programs, fitness or nutrition-based activations, and other team experience offerings
Acting as an onsite point of contact to support team members, visitors, and external guests, especially when Experience Team colleagues are working remotely or offsite
Helping to collect feedback, brainstorm creative ideas to elevate the day-to-day employee experience, and implement improvements in collaboration with the wider Experience Team
Performing general administrative tasks such as calendar bookings, room set-ups, light errands, document preparation, or event coordination support as needed

This is an entry-level opportunity, so formal qualifications are not essential. What matters most is a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ideal candidates may come from student backgrounds, DE&I pathways, hospitality roles, or be re-entering the workforce—bringing with them enthusiasm and transferable experience in customer service, event support, or administrative assistance that will contribute to their success in this role.
