Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospect & qualify prospective clients.
- Develop new business opportunities through phone and face to face meetings.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Build rapport and relationships with target customers.
- Identify customer challenges and problems.
- Deliver sales presentations to senior management tailoring the solution to each client.
- Become a subject matter expert for clients, helping them on key market trends and challenges.
- Successfully work in a targeted environment ensuring minimum expectations are achieved and exceeded on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- 4+ years experience in new business development in the IT Sector/SaaS space.
- Desire and energy to transform inefficient workplace learning environments.
- Experience selling software solutions into complex environments.
- Proven ability to build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong rapport building skills and the ability to deliver relationships across a range of decision makers.
- Confident, hardworking and adaptable to the needs of the environment.
- Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce etc.
- Experience with selling SaaS solutions into HR and operational leaders will be seen as an advantage.
