Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Albury, NSW. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include managing inventory, handling customer service issues, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and creating a positive store environment. The Store Manager will also be responsible for staff training and development.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention abilities
- Effective Communication skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in retail management is preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
