The Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Store Leader eager to advance their career by overseeing a passionate team at The Athlete's Foot Albury Store. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to progress in retail, working closely with the Store Manager on driving high performance, successful team development, and operational initiatives.

The role also involves engaging in community activations, partnering with sporting events, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals. This position offers a dynamic retail experience with activities beyond the store to promote brand growth.

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC
  • A motivated and proactive 'Make it Happen' attitude
  • Passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
  • Proven ability to drive sales, meet KPIs, and achieve targets
  • Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising
