Overview

Join our team We are looking for Customer Service Reviewers to visit retail outlets and report back on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, and other observations.

This work involves posing as a customer, making detailed observations about your experience, and completing a survey online about the experience.

Responsibilities
  • Visit retail outlets as a customer and observe store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, and related factors.
  • Provide detailed, objective observations based on your experience.
  • Complete surveys online to report observations.
  • Maintain reliability, honesty, and timely submission of surveys.
Qualifications
  • Eye for detail and a good memory.
  • Reliable with strong communication skills.
  • Access to the internet.

The number of assignments offered depends on your availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, your location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability. Surveys take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
