Family Doctor is seeking two part-time Medical Receptionists to join our team at Camberwell Junction Medical Clinic in Camberwell, Victoria.

About the role:

We are looking for team players who value quality patient care. This role involves front-line services, guiding patients through administrative and financial processes. We have a total of 38 hours per week available and are open to multiple applicants sharing these hours.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Providing high-quality reception and secretarial services to patients, doctors, and staff
  • Greeting patients and visitors both in person and over the phone
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Performing general office and administrative duties
  • Opening and closing the clinic as required
About you:
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Previous medical receptionist experience (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience with Best Practice software (preferred)
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
